Before renewing online, please review the steps below.

To Renew Online:

• Enter your login information.
• Please use the email address and password associated with your subscription account.
• If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions.
• If you are unable to login for any reason including forgotten email, password, an error message appearing, or not receiving the “Forgot Password” email, please contact the Box Office at (512) 476-6064 ext. 3 for assistance.
• Once in your account, review your subscription and follow the prompts to check out and finalize your order.

NOTE: You can only renew online if you currently have a 2019-2020 subscription. If you don’t have a subscription, but wish to purchase one for the 2020-2021 season, click here.
