Ticketing Terms and Conditions
All sales are final, no refunds. This ticket is a revocable license subject to all terms, conditions and policies established by the Austin Symphony Orchestra (ASO) and this license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Any conduct deemed by ASO, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be disorderly, deceptive, or disruptive shall be cause for automatic termination of Ticket Holder’s (herein referred to as “Holder”) license. No individual or entity is authorized to sell, or re-sell tickets, purchased at any price without the prior express consent of ASO. Tickets sold or obtained from unauthorized sources, such as third-party sites, may be stolen, fraudulent, or counterfeit, and if so, are void. ASO reserves the right to suspend orders or sharing capabilities for any tickets suspected to be in violation of these terms and will hold those tickets for “Will Call” pick-up at the venue box office. “Will Call” tickets may be picked up at the venue box office after the purchaser presents a photo ID and valid credit card.
Exchanges for single ticket purchases may be made up to 48 hours prior to a performance for a different performance date or a different production within the current season. A fee of $4 per ticket will be applied to ticket exchanges. Requests made within 48 hours will be at the discretion of the Box Office. Exchanges for subscribers will not incur a fee. For subscribers, exchanges and donation requests must be made to the box office before 4:00 on the performance day.
Every guest entering the performance venue requires a ticket. For each child under three, a lap ticket is required for entry and may be picked up, for free, at the venue box office starting 90 minutes before the performance starts. Depending on the performance lap tickets may not be available. Please check with the Box Office prior to attending a performance with children.
Unauthorized use of cameras or recording equipment of any kind is prohibited during all performances. Holder agrees not to photograph or record performances in any form. Holder grants permission to ASO to use Holder’s image or likeness in connection with ASO’s recording, transmission or reproduction of the ticketed event.
