Accommodations

Restrooms and water fountains are available on each level of the Long Center. Restrooms and water fountains are also available at our performances at Palmer Events Center and Riverbend Centre.

ATM (Automated Teller Machine)

For patron convenience, an ATM is located inside the south entrance of Palmer Events Center. There are no facilities at the Long Center or Riverbend Centre. Most major bank, credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cameras, Cell Phones, Recorders, Beepers & Watch Alarms

The use of cameras or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Patrons are asked to turn off cellular phones, beepers and watch alarms prior to the performance.

Emergency Messages

Patrons expecting urgent calls are requested to leave their name and exact seat location (aisle, section, row, & seat number) at the Director of Usher's station in the main lobby. Messages will be delivered at a suitable pause in the performance unless it's a medical emergency.

Emergency Phone Number

Please leave the conceret venue phone number and the exact seat location (aisle, section, row, &seat number) with your sitter or service so we may easily locate you in the event of an emergency.

Late Seating

In deference to the comfort and listening pleasure of the audience in the Hall, late-arriving patrons will not be seated while music is being performed. Latecomers will be seated during a suitable pause in the performance.

Services for Patrons With Disabilities

The Long Center, Riverbend Centre & Palmer Events Center meet or exceed all criteria established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Requests for accommodations should be made when purchasing tickets. Accessibility features include special designated parking spaces, seating areas, elevators with Braille signage, and specially equipped restrooms.

Parking

With the exception of Riverbend Centre, parking for Austin Symphony events is provided by the City of Austin for a charge of $7 at the Palmer Events Center Garage.

Handicap parking is available for Long Center and Palmer Events Center events is located on each level of the Palmer Events Center Garage. Handicap parking for Riverbend Centre is on the east side of the building.

Smoking Policy

The Long Center, Riverbend Centre & Palmer Events Center are smoke-free buildings. Smoking is permitted only outside the venues.

Ticket Office

The Box Office for the Long Center is located outside at the base of the Grand Staircase on the east side of the building. The Box Office opens one hour prior to performances.

The Box Office at Riverbend Centre is located in the lobby to the right of the main entrance.

The Box Office for Palmer Events Center is located in the main lobby and opens one hour prior to performance.

Lobby Bars

There are beverage bars located on each level of the Long Center and in Palmer Events Center. No concessions are available at Riverbend Centre.

The Box Office is located in Symphony Square on the corner of 11th and Red River.

Tickets to Austin Symphony performances may be purchased with most major credit cards, cash or local personal checks.

Limited free parking is available to ticket buyers right in front of the Box Office building on Red River St. at 11th St.
